East African Safari Air Express (SAX) is set to re-launch flights to Juba in an expansion plan that will also see the carrier start services to Entebbe, Uganda. The airline, which is in the process of acquiring more aircraft, will launch the new flights in November. This is what Juba city, the capital of South Sudan now looks like on a regular day -- traffic jams, businesses sprouting on almost every street corner, police patrols, new buildings being constructed and people going about their business. A few years ago, the streets were not this busy. But in the last year the town has grown tremendously despite numerous challenges the country has experienced. The city has attracted both citizens and foreigners alike, as have many other towns across South Sudan. Markos ice-cream store sells cakes, popcorn, and of course ice cream.
